I attended Churchdown Comprehensive before going on to study Business and Finance at Gloscat, moving mid-term onto working for the NHS as a Nursing Auxiliary with the aim of becoming a Registered Nurse.  I was working at Butlers Bar at weekends in Gloucester to support this ambition. Almost as soon as I secured a place at the University of Gloucestershire to study my Nursing Degree a position of management became available at Butlers.

Chris Etheridge for Hucclecote

Chris Etheridge was born in Gloucester and has lived with his wife Jenny in Hucclecote for 26 years.  He was elected as a councillor last May and was an effective campaigner for some years before that.
Chris is passionate about Hucclecote and he knows it and many of the residents well, having lived here for so long.  He spends a lot of time talking to local people and so knows what really matters to them.
