Lyn Ackroyd for Moreland

Lyn has lived in Moreland for over 25 years. She is heavily involved in community organisations, including St. Lukes playgroup and Calton Infant school. Lyn was Chair of the Moreland Partnership before creating and chairing the Linden residents Association.
Lyn likes to listen to residents and their issues and help to solve them. Lyn has an excellent track record of helping local residents and believes that by winning the Moreland seat she will be even more effective. 
Lyn said, “Unlike a number of other candidates as a resident of Moreland area myself I can relate to people's problems here. I am currently involved in a campaign with local schools to reduce the dog fouling in the area - a major problem.”
